Build strong employee loyalty through accurate and timely communication.
Coach and mentor team members utilizing tools such as OKR or SMART goals.
Assess the strengths of team members and teach them to use them effectively.
Appreciate the depths of Lean and Agile practices and principles and help teams appreciate them.
2+ years experience as Coach or similar positions. Previous experience with Development teams is a plus.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving and influencing skills.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
The ability to clearly coach teams and executives of different maturity levels.
The ability to facilitate group discussion, analyze situations, and draw conclusions.
Ability to inspire and motivate others.
The ability to share insights and have meeting with executives.
BSc/BA in social studies or relevant field. Previous studies on Performance coaching or MSc in Psychology are a plus.
