Help users troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the software and provide actionable tips to resolve the problem
Report and document user issues, bugs and other malfunction with the software.
Collaborate with Software testers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
Reproduce or execute test cases in the software, and analyze results.
6+ years experience in Customer Service or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written a MUST, patience and empathy.
Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and testing tools is a plus.
Manage time well, correctly prioritizing tasks.
Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
